Man dies, another seriously injured in 3-vehicle crash in Phoenix
A man is dead and another seriously injured after a collision involving three vehicles happened near Northern and 31st avenues on Sunday morning, Phoenix Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Vincent Cole said.
Hajric Mirsad was driving eastbound when a sedan traveling westbound crossed the median and crashed into his vehicle, officers called on scene reported. Following the initial collision, a third vehicle also struck the minivan.
Two men were transported to the hospital with serious injuries and Mirsad was later pronounced dead, Cole said.
No further details were provided and the investigation remained open.
