Mar. 29—YATESVILLE — A man was killed Monday in a crash around 11:45 a.m. near the intersection of Route 54 and Yatesville Road.

Shenandoah police said the man, who was not identified, was driving a Chevrolet Trailblazer east on Route 54 when he went off the right side of the road and struck an embankment.

The vehicle overturned, slid across both lanes of Route 54 and ended up on its wheels in a grassy area off of the westbound lane.

Police said the man was ejected through the rear window and their investigation is continuing.
