Man fatally shot near Camelback Road and 43rd Avenue in Phoenix
Phoenix police were investigating the fatal shooting of a man who was found on Sunday night in a roadway near Camelback Road and 43rd Avenue.
Officers responded to a call about a shooting at about 9:40 p.m. and found a man with gunshot wounds in a roadway in the area, according to Phoenix police. The man was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Information on what led to the shooting was under investigation. The man’s identity hadn’t been released as of Monday morning.
