Man Hitches a Ride Down Californian Highway Holding the Back of a Truck
A man was spotted in Bakersfield, California, riding on the back of a semi-trailer as it sped down the Golden State Highway on March 5.
In this footage filmed by Devan Cox, the man appears blasé as traffic zooms by. At one point the man can be seen shouting something to a car behind him.
“I definitely didn’t know how to react when I saw this happening in real time,” Cox told Storyful. “I tried to flag down the semi driver, but he was sitting quite close to the steering wheel focused on the road and wouldn’t look my way.
