Man hospitalized after crash in Dayton; hit and run investigated

One man is in the hospital after being hit by a vehicle on Baltimore Street late Monday afternoon.

A crash was reported in the 200 hundred block of Baltimore Street near Stuart Patterson Park around 5:30 p.m.

Dispatch records indicate a man was taken to Miami Valley Hospital. The condition of the victim was not immediately known.

The crash is being investigated as a hit and run according to dispatch records.
