Man indicted for alleged role in deadly January crash

Oct. 25—A man accused of running a stop sign in January while driving nearly 90 mph down a city street in a stolen and souped-up SUV and causing a crash that killed a local woman was indicted by a Glynn County Grand Jury last week.

Roderick Dominique Thomas, 35, was arrested in August by the Georgia State Patrol for his role in the Jan. 26 crash that killed Vita Oliver, 47, of Brunswick, at the intersection of K Street and Tillman Avenue.
