All told, the indictment included 30 charges, and Clark could be facing up to 155 years to life in prison if found guilty on all counts, according to a release from the Boulder County District Attorney's Office.

Clark, who remains in custody at the Boulder County Jail, is set for a 10-day trial starting June 5. He is also set for a motions hearing on April 4.

According to prosecutors, Scott, through a combination of physical violence and threats along with exploiting their drug addictions, coerced three women into commercial sex acts.

According to the indictment, he also had sex with a 12-year-old girl and videotaped the act and sent the video to other women. He also paid the girl for oral sex on other occasions.

The case will be jointly prosecuted by attorneys from the Denver District Attorney's Office and Boulder District Attorney's Office.

Clark had two other cases open in Boulder County, including a sex assault on a child case and a previous prostitution case, but those cases were dismissed by prosecutors following the grand jury indictment.

Clark is a registered sex offender following a conviction for unlawful sexual contact, and also has a lengthy criminal history including past convictions related to prostitution, according to an affidavit.
