Man injured in shooting on Townley Street in Hartford
A man in his 30s was injured in a shooting on Townley Street in Hartford on Tuesday evening, according to police.
Hartford Police Lieutenant Aaron Boisvert said police were called to the scene at 28 Townley Street around 5 p.m. Tuesday and found a man in his 30s suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Boisvert said.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions are investigating the incident. Anyone with any information regarding the case is asked to call the HPD Tip Line at 860-722-TIPS (8477).
