Man jumps from rowhome fire amid partial collapse

A man was injured after he jumped from a two-alarm fire Tuesday morning in east Baltimore that also caused a partial collapse of a rowhome, city fire officials told 11 News. Firefighters were called just after 10 a.m. to a fire in the 1900 block of East Oliver Street in east Baltimore that left multiple rowhomes damaged. A second alarm was called after the fire spread to neighboring homes. As many as five homes were damaged -- three of them vacant. A witness described to 11 News seeing the fire.
