Investigators say a man, later identified as 64-year-old John Wyka, of Milford, was driving west on Route 6 in Milford Township when he veered back and forth from the east and westbound lanes.

After returning to the westbound lane, the release states Wyka went off the road, struck an embankment, and flipped his vehicle onto its roof.

Wyka was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officials say he was not wearing his seatbelt and was allegedly driving under the influence at the time of the crash.
