Man killed in Russian attack on Sonyachne in Kherson Oblast

Russian invasion forces shelled a residential area of the village of Sonyachne in the Ukrainian-controlled part of Kherson Oblast on Sept. 9, resulting in the death of a 48-year-old man, the head of the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, Alexander Prokudin, reported on his Telegram channel.

Russian forces specifically targeted private residences in their attack, said Prokudin.

The incident was reported to the Kherson Prosecutor’s Office at 2 p.m.
