The sentencing comes after Iskra responded to an online ad and communicated with an undercover Lancaster County Human Trafficking Task Force detective posing as the family member of a 13-year-old girl.

The Lancaster County District Attorney’s office says Iskra agreed to pay $200 to have sex with the girl for an hour.

“The defendant was in fact looking to have sex with a child,” Assistant District Attorney Fritz Haverstick said to Lancaster County Judge Dennis Reinaker, who ordered the sentence. “Nothing can change those facts.”

“This is very serious stuff,” Judge Reinaker said to Iskra at sentencing. “It didn’t involve an actual victim, but that’s no benefit to you. If it were up to you, there would’ve been a victim.”

Iskra will also serve eight years of probation and register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life.
