FHP spokesman Yanko Reyes said a gray Ford and black car are the focus of the shooting. Someone in the black car shot at the Ford, hitting a man at least once. The black car continued south without stopping.
The wounded man was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Troopers have blocked express lanes as they investigate. No information on the shooter or the victim has been released.
