A man was shot Wednesday night in the parking lot of the Ridgeview Plaza Shopping Center in the Severn area. Anne Arundel County police said officers were called around 10 p.m. to the shopping center in the 2600 block of Annapolis Road. Police told 11 News that the victim was taken to Shock Trauma. The victim's condition was not immediately reported.
