A panhandler and her male friend assaulted a man — stabbing and robbing him outside a Times Square CVS in a wild caught-on-video confrontation, cops said Tuesday.

The victim, a 41-year-old construction worker, was walking into the CVS on Broadway and W. 40th St. just after 8:30 p.m. Friday when a woman panhandling outside asked him for cash, cops said.

He told her to “f--- off” and walked into the store — and when he came back out, she confronted him, police said.

“Remember what you said to me? Remember what you did?” the woman asked, according to cops.

That’s when a man with the panhandler threw a liquid, possibly bleach, at the construction worker, sparking a brawl between the two men during which the victim was stabbed twice in the back and robbed of $340 in cash and a Samsung tablet, police said.

The victim managed to escape, while the panhandler and her male friend ran east on W. 40th St., cops said. The victim was later treated for his stab wounds and was in stable condition, cops said.

Police released video of the attack Tuesday, along with images of the suspects inside the Times Square subway station.

Cops ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
