Man wanted for first degree murder frequently stays in Jacksonville

Kenneth Alan Stout, is wanted in McDowell County, West Virginia for first degree murder.

According to U.S. Marshalls Service, Kenneth Alan Stout is wanted by the United States Marshal Service and the McDowell County Sheriff’s Department for the murder of Barbara Baker.

The homicide occurred in McDowell County, WV on April, 1.

Stout was last seen in the area of Dillon County, SC on Interstate 95 north, and is believed to have frequented Jacksonville, FL, Bristol, TN, and the Kingsland, GA area. A combined reward is being offered by the United States Marshal Service and Crime Stoppers of West Virginia up to $10,000.00 for any information that leads to the arrest of Stout.
