“Northern Ohio is not a safe haven for fugitives wanted for murder,” U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott said in a statement. “The officers that make up our fugitive task force take pride in protecting the streets of northern Ohio, by taking violent fugitives, no matter where they are from, off our streets.”

This is the second time within 24 hours that U.S. Marshals arrested someone wanted for out-of-state murder charges. According to investigators, Davonte Childs, who was wanted for a Georgia murder, was arrested in Euclid on Thursday.
