Man wanted for skipping bill on Asian restaurant in New York

Police in Suffolk County, New York, are looking for a man accused of ditching an Asian fusion restaurant before completely paying his group’s bill.

The group of 16 diners reportedly racked up $1,022.53 at Taste of Asia, located in Huntington Village, on June 20. They paid around $450, while the man in question agreed to shoulder the remaining $572, according to reports.

However, the man left before paying the remaining balance, according to police. Surveillance images obtained by News 12 show him wearing a dark-colored T-shirt, light-colored shorts and sandals while talking on his phone outside the restaurant at 369 New York Ave.
