SINGAPORE — Red Devils fans in Singapore, get ready to celebrate your favourite football club, as Manchester United's international fan event #ILOVEUNITED will be coming to the city-state for the first time on 30 April.

The event will feature locally-tailored content across Man United's media channels, such as a special edition of its UTD Podcast, which will tell the story of Red Devils fandom in Singapore through the eyes of first-team player Diogo Dalot, club ambassador Dwight Yorke, as well as Singapore radio host and long-time United fan Justin Ang.

There will be a fan event co-hosted by Ang at Sentosa Island Southside from 6pm on 30 April, which will culminate with a live screening of Man United's English Premier League tie with Aston Villa. The event will be attended by Yorke and his former United strike partner Andrew Cole, and the duo will be meeting fans and sharing stories of their time at the club.

“#ILOVEUNITED offers a unique opportunity to experience a Manchester United matchday like never before, while connecting with like-minded fans and club legends," said Victoria Timpson, Man United's chief executive officer (alliances and partnerships).

“Following events in India and Los Angeles, we look forward to bringing the excitement of a live fan event to our valued supporters in Singapore.”

Fans can apply online for tickets before 19 April. Applications will then be entered into a ballot, with tickets issued at random. Successful applicants will be notified by email.
