Mandeville drug busts lead to six arrests

MANDEVILLE, La. (WGNO) — Six people were arrested following two drug busts in Mandeville on Saturday, Jan. 13.

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office reported deputies searched two homes after receiving anonymous tips about suspected drug activity in the area.

STPSO detectives said they searched a home in the 2500 block of America Street, where they allegedly recovered five grams of methamphetamine, less than one gram of cocaine, 27 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 113.5 grams of marijuana, 11.9 grams of THC edibles, one semi-automatic rifle, “drug paraphernalia indicative of illegal narcotics sales” and $1,655 in cash.

After the search, STPSO deputies arrested 33-year-old Tyler Robinson and 31-year-old Damian Bullock.

Robinson faces the following charges:

  • Possession with the intent to distribute Schedule I CDS (psilocybin)

  • Possession with the intent to distribute Schedule I CDS (marijuana)

  • Possession with the intent to distribute Schedule II CDS (methamphetamine)

  • Possession of Schedule II CDS (cocaine)

  • Illegal carry of weapons; crime or CDS

  • Transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

Bullock faces charges of possession with the intent to distribute Schedule I CDS (marijuana), possession with the intent to distribute Schedule II CDS (methamphetamine), possession of Schedule II CDS (cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

STPSO officials said detectives responded to another report of drug activity at the Grand Palms Apartment Complex on N. Causeway Boulevard.

At the location, STPSO detectives conducted a search and allegedly recovered an unidentified amount of cocaine, about 56 grams of marijuana and “drug paraphernalia indicative of illegal drug sales.”

After the search, STPSO detectives arrested 19-year-old Isaiah Lott, 22-year-old Marc Todd, 22-year-old Tyler Lang and 22-year-old Alec Serrett.

Lott faces charges of possession with the intent to distribute Schedule I CDS (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Todd faces charges of possession of Schedule II CDS (cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued a summons for possession of a Schedule I CDS (marijuana).

Lang faces a charge of possession of Schedule II CDS (cocaine) and was issued a summons for possession of a Schedule I CDS (marijuana).

Serrett faces a charge of possession of Schedule II CDS (cocaine).
