Actress Mandy Moore just took to her Instagram Stories to share a no-makeup selfie with her fans after a workout. Mandy wasn’t afraid to show off her makeup-free sweaty skin. And she shouldn’t be-she’s rocking that post-workout glow like a champ.
In the October issue of Women's Health, Mandy talked about how much she loves working out: "When I break a sweat, I feel like I've done something good with my day." As for her favorite ways to sweat? "I love getting outside and hiking around Los Angeles and going to Rise Nation, a climbing-based cardio class."
