Manhunt continues for North Highlands shooter who killed homeowner with their own gun
The search for a person suspected of shooting a Sacramento County homeowner earlier this week continues. In the North Highlands community where the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said a burglar shot a homeowner with a firearm "likely" found in his gun safe, residents we spoke with are still rattled. "It’s really scary, actually," said one woman who only wished to be identified as Amanda. "You want to feel safe at your own house."
