When does 'Manifest' season 4, part 2 come to Netflix?

"Manifest" season 4, part 2 will be available to stream via Netflix on June 2 (does that date look familiar?). The time it will be available is unclear, but Netflix says it typically releases original shows and movies at midnight PT, 3 a.m. ET.
