Manitowoc's 5 can't-miss events include Karaoke Night at Mikadow Theatre, Wellness Expo and more

1. Find wellbeing at the Wellness Expo

Channel your inner wellbeing at the Manitowoc County Metaphysical and Wellness Expo from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. April 22 at the Expo Center, 4921 Expo Drive.

Throughout the day, attendees will be inspired and discover new wellness products from more than 40 different vendors.

More than a dozen psychics, guest speakers and raffles will also be featured.

2. Take an 'Afternoon to Wine Down'

Wind down at the Chamber of Manitowoc County’s "Afternoon to Wine Down," a scholarship fundraiser for the Chamber's Ambassador Scholarship Fund.

From 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. April 22, participants can visit downtown businesses for samples, deals, sales, raffle baskets and more.

Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the event.

3. Celebrate Earth Day at Farm Wisconsin

We’ve only got one — let's celebrate it!

Discover how robotics in agriculture is making farming more efficient and better for the Earth at Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center’s Earth Day celebration. The event runs 9 a.m.-1 p.m. April 22 at the center, 7001 Gass Lake Road, Manitowoc.

Attendees will learn about the importance of cover crops and rainfall and Alice in Dairyland will host a fun pollinator activity.

All activities are included in the price of admission.

4. Watch 'SHREK the Musical JR.'

The talented Treehouse Theater is presenting "SHREK the Musical JR." this weekend at the Capitol Civic Centre, 913 S. Eighth St.

The whole family can enjoy this musical performance featuring everyone’s favorite ogre and a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance!

The show runs at 7 p.m. April 20-21 and at 2 p.m. April 22-23. Tickets can be purchased at cccshows.org or 920-683-2184.

5. Show the world what you got at Karaoke Night

Are you serious about your karaoke game? Whether you think you could be the next big thing or simply want to belt out your favorite song on stage, head to the Mikadow Theatre, 1118 Washington St., for Karaoke Night at 6 p.m. April 20.
