A mansion with some serious classic rock royalty roots has graced the real estate market in Crawford, Colorado, and the views are worth every penny of its listed $18 million price tag.

The 15-bedroom, 19-bathroom estate was once owned by “You Are So Beautiful” singer Joe Cocker, the listing on Sotheby’s International Realty says.

“Nestled in the heart of the North Fork Valley in Southwestern Colorado, Mad Dog Ranch is a true masterpiece artfully created by its previous owner and late rock legend Joe Cocker,” the listing notes.

“An inspired 15,873 square-foot English estate on 316 acres, the home enjoys unmatched peace and privacy as well as stunning vistas of Needle Rock, Landsend Peak, and the surrounding West Elk Mountains from its own private box canyon paradise.”

The huge residence was designed by John D. Kelley, an award-winning architect, and comes with a wide array of high-end features, including:

  • Snooker table once owned by King Edward VII

  • Gardens

  • Horse stables

  • “Two amusement park-sized water slides”

A national forest surrounds the property, which makes the “opportunities for exploration, hunting, fishing, hiking or biking” limitless, the listing says.

Cocker, who died in 2014, was known for classic rock hits like his cover of The Beatles’ “With a Little Help from My Friends” and his love ballad “Up Where We Belong,” from the “An Officer and a Gentleman” soundtrack.

The listing is held by Dan Dockray.

Crawford is about 100 miles southwest of Aspen.
