For restaurant Inspections: At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Oct. 19 through Thursday.

Clarion Pointe, 7415 Schultz Road, Summit Township. (no soap at handwashing sink, milk sold past expiration date, no chemical sanitizer, cold food not kept cold enough, no certified food safety employee). Wednesday

McDonald's, 1115 Sassafras St. (Not using enough sanitizer.) Monday

1 noncritical violation

Veterans Stadium, North Concession, 2825 State St. Oct. 20

McDowell Intermediate High School, 3320 Caughey Road. Oct. 18
