Map: Daylong Memphis shooting spree left 4 dead, spanned several miles, crossed state line
The 19-year-old police say is responsible for a shooting spree leaving four people dead and three injured traversed dozens of miles and crossed state lines throughout the day.
Police issued a citywide lockdown at 7 p.m.. The lockdown advisory was prompted by a citizen tip the suspect was online threatening additional violence and after he had fired shots into a store while posting the footage live to Facebook.
In the wee hours of Thursday morning, Memphis Police Chief CJ Davis connected suspect Ezekiel Kelly, 19, to a sequence of seven shootings across Memphis. Authorities said formal charges on suspicion of the shootings would be forthcoming.

Shootings and violent crimes spanned from 1 a.m. Wednesday in Berclair to an afternoon across South Memphis and Midtown, then into north Mississippi, before Kelly was arrested in Whitehaven at 9:30 p.m.
The map below shows the location of fatal shootings, non-fatal shootings, additional violent crimes and Kelly's eventual arrest, as reported by law enforcement throughout the shooting spree and during a press conference in the early hours of Thursday morning.

At 12:56 a.m., a fatal shooting in the 3100 block of Lyndale Avenue, in Berclair
At 4:38 p.m., a fatal shooting in the 900 block of South Parkway East, in South Memphis
At 4:40 p.m., a shooting injuring one in the area of Norris Road and I-240, in South Memphis
At 5:59 p.m., a shooting injuring one in the 4000 block of Jackson Avenue, in Nutbush
At 6:12 p.m., Kelly made a threat on Facebook Live to harm citizens, prompting a citywide lockdown advisory
At 7:23 p.m., a fatal carjacking at Poplar Avenue and N. Evergreen St. in Midtown
At 7:24 p.m., a shooting injuring one at Poplar Avenue and N. McLean Boulevard in Midtown
At 8:55 p.m., a fatal shooting in the 800 block of W. Raines in Westwood
At 8:56 p.m., a carjacking at gunpoint at Stateline Road and US-51 in Southaven, Miss.
At 8:58 p.m., a high-speed chase ending with Kelly in custody by 9:30 p.m.
