March 31 declared César Chávez Day in CA — but advocates say the fight continues

March 31st, has been officially declared "César Chávez Day" in California, the day he would have turned 94 years old. Residents in 10 states, taking the day off from work as the legacy of César Estrada Chávez is remembered. Farmworker Advocate, Luis Magaña, went out to several fields to talk to these essential workers about the fight for social justice that still continues -- amid a pandemic that has been harsh especially for those who have worked nonstop.
