Margins of victory in Maryland congressional races get smaller

The margins of victory in the 2022 midterm elections in Maryland are very different from the 2020 elections. Willis, a government and policy professor at the University of Baltimore and former Maryland secretary of state, said redistricting played a big part in the 2020 election results.
