Margot Robbie is on the move. The Australian actor and producer has listed her four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home for $3.475 million. The Wolf of Wall Street star purchased the pad in 2017, one year after she married director and producer Tom Ackerley. Sam Real of Engel & Völkers has the listing.

Despite its location in Los Angeles, Robbie’s home has somewhat of an East Coast vibe. The white traditional contemporary is 3,300 square feet and features stately paneled walls throughout the living room and formal dining room, which is painted navy blue. Much of the rest of the home has a white color scheme, save for the gray Carrera marble encasing much of the kitchen. One decidedly Californian feature is the large glass door leading from the living room to the backyard, where there is a pool with an inset spa and a huge cabana.

Hardwood floors run throughout the dwelling, and many of the fixtures, such as the dining room chandelier, are brass. The marble from the kitchen is echoed in the living room fireplace and again in the bathrooms. Any wine connoisseur will appreciate the walk-in wine cellar under the staircase, and though we don’t know if Robbie is willing to part ways with her furniture, any social butterfly or frequent entertainer will appreciate her unique round couch, which is essentially a conversation pit, and the fun indoor swing that hangs next to it.

While it is not clear exactly where Robbie and Ackerley plan to live next, the couple has been changing up their real estate portfolio in recent years. Near the end of 2020, Robbie put a different Los Angeles home, a small bungalow built in the 1950s, on the market for $1.175 million. The year before, she picked up a compound in the city’s Venice neighborhood for $5 million. And of course, her home away from home is her LuckyChap Entertainment office, which AD toured in 2019.
