Margot Robbie's Golden Globes Dress Took Over 750 Hours To Make

Margot Robbie wore a custom Chanel dress to the 2023 Golden Globes which took over 750 hours to create. The baby pink dress was made with Chantilly lace and silk tulle and was inspired by Chanel’s Fall/Winter 2022 Haute Couture collection. Robbie's stylist Kate Young revealed that the gown has over 30,000 elements of embroidery, including sequins and feathers. The actress styled the gown with a brooch, a ring and 18-karat white gold and diamond earrings by Chanel. Robbie and Young began working on the dress with Chanel “last fall” and the look was inspired by Robbie's "Hollywood powerhouse” energy. Robbie was nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for her role in 'Babylon'. however, the award was given to Michelle Yeoh for 'Everything Everywhere All at Once'.
