“Live from New York, Broadway Americana”

Singers perform a medley of songs from some of Broadway’s biggest hits, such as “Hamilton,” “1776,” “Porgy and Bess,” “New York, New York,” “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy,” “Ragtime” and others. The group will be led by Beaufort native Lenora Eve, who holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in music and vocal performance and is currently the executive artistic director at Opera Breve in New York City. The event is presented by the Beaufort History Museum.

ARTS CENTER OF COASTAL CAROLINA

“Jersey Boys, The Story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons”

This Tony Award-winning sensation is about the rise, struggles, and ultimate triumph of four friends whose music became symbolic of a generation and beloved by generations to follow.

“Summer camp” will be held for four Mondays, July 31, Aug. 7, Aug. 14 and Aug. 21 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Join and discover the fun and camaraderie of a cappella singing. At the program’s Friends and Family Finale, participants will perform the two songs they learned with the chorus.
