Conservative pundit Mark Levin does not like the way the media portrayed the recent attack on the U.S. Capitol, particularly the way the media is blaming outgoing President Trump for the actions of the rioters. During his Sunday show “Life Liberty, and Levin” he called out the media directly.

“Warning,” he said as he opened his show. “Anything I say this evening will be used to attack me by the press, the Democrat party and never Trumpers.”

Levin, who complained about the media while hosting his show on the most watched cable news channel in U.S. history, does not believe that Trump incited a protest at the Capitol.

“The media has played a huge, huge role in what is going on in his country and they are exploiting out what took place on Capitol Hill,” he said. “They are trying to silence conservatives, silence Republicans and unfortunately a lot of Republicans are buckling.”

- Warning-- anything I say this evening will be used to attack me by the press, the Democrat party, and the never-Trumpers.

NARRATOR: Conservative pundit Mark Levin does not like the way the media portrayed the recent attack on the US Capitol, particularly the way the media is blaming outgoing President Trump for the actions of the rioters who may not even be Trump supporters to begin with. And during his show "Life, Liberty, and Levin," he called out the media directly.

- "Siege-- President Incites Insurrection." The president didn't incite an insurrection. Or the USA Today, "Pro-Trump Mobs Storm US Capitol." How about, "Thugs storm US Capitol"? How about-- how about, "Law-breakers Storm US Capitol"?

NARRATOR: Levin, who complained about the media while hosting his show on the most-watched cable news channel in the US, does not believe that Trump incited a protest at the Capitol and that he is just a victim of a massive smear campaign by the media as a whole.

- The media have played a huge, huge role in what's going on in this country. And they're exploiting now what took place on Capitol Hill, trying to silence-- silence conservatives, silence Republicans. And, unfortunately, a lot of Republicans are buckling.
