Asian Voices from the CMA Collection

There is an increasing need to understand the diverse culture and rich history of Asia, especially as hate crimes towards Asians are on the rise. Asian artists have long sought fresh new opportunities in the U.S., arriving as refugees, economic migrants, students or professionals. In celebration of these artists, the Canton Museum of Art presents “Asian Voices,” an exhibit of work by Asian artists from our collection whose voices speak to the fluidity of an individual’s sense of place and self. cantonart.org

Visions 2022: Canton Artist League Show

The Canton Artists League consists of members from all over Stark County who are artists, photographers and craftsman who meet to help further their creativity through a shared bond of talent and imagination. Their mission is to provide enrichment opportunities and encouragement for professional, semi-professional and amateur visual artists and individuals who have a sincere interest in supporting art. They accomplish this through a combination of exhibits, shows, educational workshops, field trips and community support programs.
