Marlington High School senior Jayden Mitchell has signed to play women's golf at Malone University.

Mitchell helped lead the Dukes to a Division II state runner-up finish this past season. She shot rounds of 79 and 81 to place 11th overall and earn second team All-Ohio honors.

In addition to her all-state honor, Mitchell was named first team All-Eastern Buckeye Conference, All-Tri County, All-Stark County and All-Northeast Ohio. The National Honor Society student also earned EBC Scholar Athlete honors.

Mitchell is a member of Character Counts, Interact and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
