Marlington remains, McKinley appears in final AP Ohio high school girls basketball poll

Federal League co-champion Canton McKinley made its first poll appearance of the 2022-23 season in the final Associated Press Ohio high school girls basketball poll, released Monday.

The 19-4 Pups won a Division I sectional semifinal on Saturday and face GlenOak in a sectional final on Thursday.

In Division II, Marlington ends the regular season in the top 10. The 20-2 Dukes, co-champs of the EBC, open tournament play on Wednesday against Chaney in a sectional semifinal.

Meanwhile, Malvern moved up in Division III and Carrollton cracked the top 10 in Division II on the boys side. The boys' final poll will be next week.
