Returning for its third year, the Miami Marlins Tee Ball Initiative is set to begin action in early February, featuring more than 195 teams across 25 youth leagues in Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe and Palm Beach counties.

Centered on cultivating the game of baseball and alleviating some of the league cost, the Marlins and its community partner UKG launched the initiative back in 2019.

The tee ball initiative provides jersey shirts, hats, Marlins-branded batting tees and baseballs as well as personalized Marlins outfield wall banners to participating recreational leagues.

Each player receives a Marlins hat, jersey shirt, face-covering and a complimentary ticket voucher to a future Marlins home game.

Participating leagues and teams will also be invited to partake in the Marlins’ Youth League Days celebration. In addition, teams will receive a personalized video from a Marlins player.
