Marlon Bundo, Vice President Mike Pence's bunny, explains coronavirus guidelines
WASHINGTON – Marlon Bundo, the pet rabbit of Vice President Mike Pence's family, is doing his part to combat coronavirus.
In a free ebook released by second lady Karen Pence and her daughter Charlotte, the rabbit explains the government's behavioral guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19. Marlon Bundo speaks in rhyming verse as he does in the books the Pences have previously published.
At first, I was a little bit scared
Because there is so much unknown
But I learned how to be prepared
To fight this virus in my home
The words are written by Charlotte Pence Bond and illustrated by Karen Pence.

Charlotte Pence Bond, who acquired the rabbit for a student film project as a freshman in college, has been studying religion and literature at Harvard Divinity School.
She first teamed up with her mother to write about the rabbit after he became a social media star following Mike Pence's election. The first vice presidential pet to have its own Instagram account, Marlon Bundo earned the nickname BOTUS – Bunny of the United States.
