The Marriott Hotel located at 1890 W Ridge Rd. in Greece has undergone a change in ownership, according to a recent announcement.

The property has been acquired by SAI Global Investments LLC from the DelMonte Hotel Group, with the transaction taking place on June 1. The exact purchase price has not been disclosed. The sale was facilitated by Hunter Hotel Advisors, a commercial real estate broker based in Atlanta, Georgia.

In a statement, Alex DelMonte, CEO & president of the DelMonte Hotel Group (DHG), expressed enthusiasm for the successful sale.

"This transaction represents the 10th hotel that DHG has entrusted the Hunter team to sell, and as always the Hunter team ran a competitive process that allowed us to maximize the value in our asset," he said.

The CEO of SAI Global Investments, Ashish Kapoor, said he was “thrilled to acquire this excellent asset in New York."

"There is a very promising future as we set foot in this market with a flagship brand from Marriott International as one of the few full-service hotels in the city of Rochester," he said.

With 210 rooms available, the Marriott Rochester Airport, as stated in the release, offers a convenient location for visitors. It is situated just half a mile from the Eastman Business Park and less than 15 minutes from downtown.
