It's no secret that Julia Child is one of the most beloved chefs of all time. And now, arguably the best chefs and food personalities of the modern era will be taking a look back at some of Julia's most iconic episodes during a newly announced TV show called Dishing with Julia Child.

The show, which will premiere later this month, will feature a different episode of Julia's show The French Chef during each of its episodes. During the six-part series, chefs and food personalities will watch an episode together where they will share commentary, favorite moments, and fond memories. It sounds like a reaction video on YouTube only WAY BETTER.

Selected episodes will include "Your Own French Onion Soup," and "Boeuf Bourguignon," where Julia shares one of her most iconic recipes.

If the premise wasn't enough to excite you, the cast list will. The show will feature José Andrés, Rick Bayless, Carla Hall, Vivian Howard, Sara Moulton, Jacques Pépin, Éric Ripert, Marcus Samuelsson, and Martha Stewart all together. Talk about star-studded.

"Julia Child pioneered what cooking shows have become today and to get a once-in-a-lifetime look at how she inspired the master chefs of today is truly a treat,” co-president of PBS Distribution Andrea Downing said in a statement obtained by Food & Wine.

You can watch watch all of the episodes beginning on February 28 on PBS Passport and PBS Living, which is available for $2.99 a month. If you can wait a bit longer, the show will also be airing on Fridays from April 3-17 on PBS, according to Media Player News.
