Martin County teens who shaved heads for friend's mom cancer featured on NBC Nightly News

Aalijah Ford, Blaine Dameron, Brody Everett, Nick Angelastro and Tamika Dawes' viral video was featured Saturday on NBC Nightly News.
The five Martin County residents were interviewed virtually by anchor José Diaz-Balart about the video of the teens shaving their heads to support Dawes in her cancer journey.
Dawes shaved hers on May 10 in anticipation of her chemotherapy for her Stage 1 breast cancer. Later that day, Aalijah and his three best friends shaved their heads to support Dawes.

While they shaved their heads, Blaine's mom recorded and uploaded a video to Facebook, showing the process. Since its upload on May 12, the video has racked up more than 14,000 views.
