Maryland election data shows voters like early voting, especially GOP

As of the fifth day of early voting, Marylanders have cast about 70% of all the early votes from four years ago. And there is a partisan split over how people are voting this cycle, and Thursday's turnout in rainy weather is a good example. The rain depressed Democratic turnout, but not the GOP. An election expert told 11 News that when the eight days of early voting are over, Republicans could cast more early ballots in person than Democrats.
