Maryland schools directed to return to hybrid learning by March

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan is calling on school systems to return to hybrid learning no later than March 1, if not sooner. The governor pressed school districts to make a plan to return to in-person instruction, saying it's safe and important to stop learning loss. The governor said getting more students back into school buildings is one of his top priorities. With that, he appeared to point fingers at both boards of education and the teacher's union. So, are teachers ready and willing to return to the classroom?
