Maryland weather: Baltimore region to see mild temperatures, clearer skies New Year’s weekend
After a week of heavy rainfall, the Baltimore area will see mild temperatures and clearer skies during the last weekend of 2023, according to the National Weather Service.
Saturday is expected to reach a high of 48 degrees and a low of 32 with partly cloudy skies, NWS says. The region will see westerly winds between 8 to 14 miles per hour.
Moving into Sunday, temperatures are expected to remain in the high 40s on New Year’s Eve with mostly sunny skies.
There’s a slight chance of showers on New Year’s Day before 8 a.m., NWS said. The forecasted high is 46 degrees and there’s a 20% chance of rain throughout the day.
