Marylander told she has to pay back $10K in unemployment overpayment

A Maryland woman who is among tens of thousands of people with pending unemployment claims describes how she has tried to handle unresolved issues. Dawna Johnson, a seasonal contractual employee who works at a state park, had no trouble when she initially applied to the Maryland Department of Labor for unemployment benefits. About two weeks ago, she started having trouble getting on the state's unemployment computer system.
