Mason, San Saba players earn District 29-2A baseball superlatives
Players from Mason and San Saba earned superlative honors on the All-District 29-2A Baseball Team.
Mason's Blake Lewis and San Saba's Weston Oliver were named Offensive Most Valuable Players. Both are seniors.
Johnson City senior Cade Boyer was the District MVP.
Mason sophomore Ryne Todd shared Defensive MVP honors with Johnson City junior Ryan Shipley.
Mason sophomore Wyatt Row shared Pitcher of the Year honors with Johnson City sophomore McCray Jacobs.
Mason freshman Matthew King was a Newcomer of the Year along with Johnson City freshman Johnny Slawinksi.
Johnson City's Steven Shipley was Coach of the Year.
