Mass. teen, 16, trying to be youngest to sail across Atlantic
A Duxbury, Massachusetts, teen is on a brave mission, attempting to sail across the world. And if he completes his journey, he will be the youngest person ever to sail solo across the Atlantic Ocean from west to east. Cal Currier, 16, took sailing lessons and fixed up an old sailboat he bought himself. Currier said goodbye to his family and set off from Marion on June 27.
