Massachusetts man to invest in real estate after winning $4M lottery prize

A Massachusetts man recently won $4 million dollars on an a $10 instant ticket game.

Mucio Silva, of Worcester, opted to receive his “4,000,000 Mayhem” prize in the form of a one-time payment of $2,600,000, according to the State Lottery Commission.

Silva, who flies ultralight planes as a hobby, plans to use a portion of his winnings to invest in real estate.

His winning ticket was purchased at Edgemere Mini Mart on Grafton Street in Worcester. The store will receive a $40,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
