Massachusetts power outage map: See where the power is out as Hurricane Lee nears

Cape Cod, Massachusetts and other parts of eastern New England and Canada were under tropical storm warnings on Friday as Hurricane Lee heads toward the region as a Category 1 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 85 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center. Winds are expected to be strongest over the Outer Cape.

Lee was traveling north on a path that could see it make landfall in Nova Scotia as a tropical storm on Saturday, forecasters said.

Hurricane Lee is expected to pass to the east of Cape Cod late Friday night into Saturday morning.

A Coastal Flood Warning has been issued for Cape Cod, in effect from midnight on Friday to 2 p.m. on Saturday. According to the National Weather Service, one to two feet of inundation above ground level is possible in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

Here's where to track power outages across Massachusetts as high winds could impact the area.
