A message sent to North Brunswick police has not yet been returned.

"Last night, volunteers from North Brunswick's Fire Companies and Rescue Squad spent another cold winter night fighting one of the region's largest warehouse fires in recent memory," North Brunswick Mayor Francis Womack said in a statement Thursday morning. "Through their professionalism and training, there were no deaths or injuries and the fire was not allowed to spread."

Police and fire personnel are urging drivers and pedestrians to avoid the area of Georges Road and Nassau Street due to the fire.
